| Head and Shoulders |

| The head and shoulders formation is one of the most reliable visual chart indicators. When the right shoulder is "broken" by trading below the neckline, more than 80% of the subsequent moves meet their objective. The objective is to trade the distance from the neckline to the head (on the high day), to the downside of the breakout. |
