Chart Lesson: 14
|
 |
Bollinger Bands are lines plotted directly on the bar chart, and are 1 standard deviation away from a moving average of the prices. The bands are expected to serve as support and resistance, keeping price moves within the bands. Use of band lengths of less than 10 bars is not recommended. The most popular length is 20 bars. |
