Retracements |  |
Retracements are price levels where the market (or traders in the market) are
attuned psychologically to question whether a price move should continue.
They are percentages of a previous price move, in this example portions of
the move from A to B. The most common retracements are 38.2%, 50%, and 61.8%
derived from the Fibonacci number series.
